Figurine pomme de pin cyclope
Creators: Carlo Spéder
The head is a pine cone painted yellow on the front, with a red bead for an eye, whose iris appears to be a nail. His open mouth reveals two rows of incomplete teeth, dotted with gaps. A long, straight blond beard runs from his chin to the top of his torso, which itself is made up of a more imposing pinecone. His skeleton is made of green-painted wire, chipped in several places. The junction of the neck is marked by a wooden bead. The front of his torso is adorned with numerous round copper-colored lozenges on the ends. Camel leather bangs decorate his shoulders, wrists and left calf, although the fringe on his left hand is now hanging by a thread. His hands are made of green-painted iron, while his feet, made of green wood, are each adorned with a copper-colored pastille. The plywood base is painted red, with the sides covered with two purple and gold edgings, spaced so as to reveal the underlying paintwork.
